All electors and persons qualified to vote in town meetings of the Town of 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd, 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd (the “Town”), are hereby notified that the Board of Selectmen of the Town are convening a Special Town Meeting to be held at 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd Elementary School, 340 Route 81, 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd, 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd at 7 o’clock p.m. on May 18, 2026 for the following purposes:

Item 1.  To approve the Multi-Year Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2027 through Fiscal Year 2036.

Item 2. To consider, discuss, and vote upon: i) an appropriation in the amount of $4,710,000, which includes a previously approved appropriations in the amount of $2,158,845 plus an additional appropriation in the amount of $2,551,155 for the cost of various capital projects as set forth in more detail in the text of the resolution, including all repairs, alterations, improvements and architectural, engineering and other fees and costs associated with such improvements, and temporary and permanent financing costs (collectively, the “Appropriation”), and ii) to meet said Appropriation and in lieu of a tax therefor, bonds of the Town be issued pursuant to Chapter 109 of the 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd General Statutes, as amended, the Charter of the Town or any other provision of law thereto enabling, in the maximum principal amount of $4,710,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary after deducting grants or other sources of funds available therefor.  The bonds shall be general obligations of the Town and the full faith and credit of the Town shall be pledged to the payment thereof.

The full text of the authorizing resolutions for the project above is on file and open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Route 81, 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd, 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd for the use of any interested person.

Item 3. To adopt the Budget recommendation of the Board of Finance of Capital Expenditures  for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 in the amount of $2,256,214.

Item 4. To adopt the Budget recommendation of the Board of Finance of an Operating    Budget for fiscal year July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 in the amount of $5,911,808.

Item 5.  To accept the annual reports from Fiscal Years 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Item 6.  To confirm the Selectmen’s appointment of James Joseph Duffield (U), Chris Robert Smalley (U) and William Raymond Burley (U) as 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd 春闺梦里人电影在线观看s to the Haddam-肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd Recreation Authority, for a term to commence upon the confirmation and to continue until June 30, 2027

The Electors of the Town of 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd and all those qualified to vote at Town Meetings are hereby notified and warned to meet at their respective polling place in said town on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, for the following purpose:
To cast their votes on the Regional School District No. 17 Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026.

A copy of the proposed budget recommended for adoption by the district Board of Education is on file in the 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd Town Clerk’s Office.

The Regional School District Board of Education will set the hours of voting at the Annual District Meeting to be held on May 4, 2026. Per C.G.S. 7-7, the polls must be open from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM. The Annual District Meeting will hold a vote to open the polls at 6:00 AM.

Every Spring there are two benefit programs available for income-qualified residents over 65 or disabled.  Maximum gross income is $46,300 for single residents and $56,600 for two.  Qualifying residents can choose between Homeowner’s Tax Relief or Renter’s Rebate, but not both.

Homeowner’s Tax Relief is administered by the 卡格妮·琳恩·卡特, ext. 506, with proof of income.

Renter’s Rebate starts April 1 and is administered by the Municipal Agent.  A one-time payment, it is based on income, rent, and electric, fuel and water expenses.  A flyer listing the required documents is available at Town Hall or by 卡格妮·琳恩·卡特ing the Municipal Agent.

The Electors of the Town of 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd and all those qualified to vote in meetings of said Town are hereby notified and warned that a Special Town Meeting will be held at the 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd Elementary School, 340 Route 81, 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd, CT on Monday November 10, 2025 at 7 p.m. to consider and act upon the following items of business:

1. To fund, from the General Fund, overexpenditures in excess of $20,000 for the following lines items:

• Town Counsel $83,393
• Town Engineer $51,401
• Building & Grounds $27,409
• Snow Removal $23,360
• Misc Grants – PFAS Related Expenses $195,058

2. To authorize the close out of the following Capital Accounts as of June 30, 2025:

• KVFC – Heavy Rescue 89 (1994) $921

4. To approve additional funding for the KVFC Storage Building in the amount of $34,830.

This funding is covered by an Urban Act Grant from the State of 肥白大屁股bbwbbwhd.
