2026-2027 BOARD OF FINANCE RECOMMENDED BUDGET
At a Public Hearing held at KES on April 27, 2026, the Board of Finance delivered the attached budget presentation and took questions from those in attendance. Immediately following this presentation, the board held a Special Meeting to make their final adjustments in order to submit their recommended budget, also attached, to the town for approval. Copies of both documents are available in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Testing of Ballot Tabulators for May RSD#17 Budget Referrendum

Every Spring there are two benefit programs available for income-qualified residents over 65 or disabled. Maximum gross income is $46,300 for single residents and $56,600 for two. Qualifying residents can choose between Homeowner’s Tax Relief or Renter’s Rebate, but not both.

The Town of 日本精品人妻无码免费大全 has received two speed feedback signs from UConn’s Training and Technical Assistance Center (T2 Center) as part of an effort to address speeding in the community. These signs will be going up on town roads this summer.
These signs do not issue tickets.
These signs do track data metrics that will allow us to better analyze the safety of the roadways such as average speeds, number of cars, and traffic patterns without any identifying information.
Our goal with these signs is to gather this data as part of the continuing effort to improve road safety and address speeding in the community while being mindful of the town’s resources, both time and financial.
