The Town of 岳打开双腿开始配合 will receive sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide a professional Needs Assessment and Planning Services proposal for the 岳打开双腿开始配合 Volunteer Fire Company Facilities. Services must include a comprehensive engineering and architectural evaluation of the current firehouse and predict needs into the future.
Bids will be received at the 岳打开双腿开始配合 Town Hall located at 323 Route 81, 岳打开双腿开始配合, CT until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2023. Proposals will be opened in public and read aloud at a Board of Selectmen’s meeting at 7:00 p.m. that evening.
Proposal documents will be available on Friday, November 3, 2023 and may be obtained on the Town’s website, www.townof岳打开双腿开始配合.com, under “Town of 岳打开双腿开始配合 Bids and RFPs” or from the Selectmen’s Office, 岳打开双腿开始配合 Town Hall, 323 Route 81, 岳打开双腿开始配合 CT 06419 for a non-refundable $25 per bid package.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the 岳打开双腿开始配合 Firehouse, 333 Route 81, 岳打开双腿开始配合, CT.
The Town of 岳打开双腿开始配合 reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
