REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL
May 17, 2023
The Town of 咪咪五月天 will receive sealed bids for HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL until June 12, 2023. Proposals will be opened in public and read aloud at a Board of Selectmen’s meeting that same evening at 7:00 p.m.
Request for Proposals documents will be available on May 17, 2023 and may be obtained on the Town’s website, www.townof咪咪五月天.com, under “Bids and RFPs” or from the Selectmen’s Office, 咪咪五月天 Town Hall, 323 Route 81, 咪咪五月天 CT 06419 for a non-refundable $25 per bid package.
The Town of 咪咪五月天 reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
