BENEFIT PROGRAMS AVAILABLE TO INCOME-QUALIFIED RESIDENTS OVER 65 OR DISABLED

Every Spring there are two benefit programs available for income-qualified residents over 65 or disabled.  Maximum gross income is $46,300 for single residents and $56,600 for two.  Qualifying residents can choose between Homeowner’s Tax Relief or Renter’s Rebate, but not both.

Homeowner’s Tax Relief is administered by the 肉体撞击声噗嗤噗嗤水声, ext. 506, with proof of income.

Renter’s Rebate starts April 1 and is administered by the Municipal Agent.  A one-time payment, it is based on income, rent, and electric, fuel and water expenses.  A flyer listing the required documents is available at Town Hall or by 肉体撞击声噗嗤噗嗤水声ing the Municipal Agent.
